Up to 100% Efficiency
Heat Pump Water Heaters
Use electricity to transfer heat rather than generate it, working like a refrigerator in reverse. This smart technology can be two to three times more energy-efficient than conventional water heaters, helping you save energy while enjoying reliable hot water.
Common Troubleshooting Solutions
Water Heating Tips
Not Energy Hot Water Supply
Flush your water heater and refill the tank to ensure the water can be sufficiently heated.
Too Much Hot Water Supply
Turn off the power at the service panel. Remove the access panel and check that the thermostat is set below 120°F. Adjust the temperature carefully using a screwdriver.
Water Tank Leakage
Examine your unit and make sure all pipes and connections are tightened.
Water Heater Not Turning On
Please check your electricity supply and ensure the power switch connected to your unit hasn’t tripped.
Excessive Water Condensation
Condensation can look like a leak. If water forms on the outside of the tank, try lowering the temperature setting.

* We highly advise contacting us for any problems with your water heater, especially natural gas or propane heaters to avoid fire and injury. If the issue persists, please call us immediately.
There are two main types of water heaters. Standard tank water heaters heat water in a tank when the tap is turned on. Tankless water heaters heat water as it travels through your pipes. Fuel source is also a distinguishing factor, as some units are powered by gas while others are electric.
Tank water heaters last for 10-15 years. Tankless water heaters last for up to 20 years.
The total price, including installation, varies depending on the type, brand, and model you choose. Standard tank water heaters usually cost less to install, while tankless water heaters can save money over time due to higher energy efficiency. Contact us for a quote today!
We don’t recommend attempting repairs on your water heater, especially gas-fueled units, as this can lead to injury or fire. You may try basic troubleshooting, but if the issue persists or is complex, please contact us for professional assistance.
If your water heater is nearing the end of its lifespan and requiring frequent or costly repairs, it may be time to replace it with a new unit.
Installation typically takes between 3 and 8 hours, depending on the type of unit. Tankless water heaters generally take longer to install than standard tank models.
